Know Your Community- Who does what 

Homeowner Or Tenant 

Homeowner/Tenant is responsible for: 

  • Submitting all property improvements to the DRC for approval before installation
  • Pay your annual or monthly assessment to your respective DRC/HOA
  • Remove snow from all sidewalks adjacent to your property 
  • Maintain privacy or good neighbor fencing on the property 
    • If you are unsure if you are responsible for fencing, contact the DRC/HOA Management Team.
  • Continue doing your part to keep Meridian Ranch a beautiful place to live by following the community guidelines!

If you have a dead tree/shrub or a property landscape issue, report it to the DRC/HOA first and request time to resolve it.

  • Services provided include governance & exterior home, and property improvement review
  • DRC No. 2 Board of Directors meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:45 a.m. (Rec Center) 
    • 7-member Board of Directors
  • DRC No. 1 Board of Directors meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every other month at 9:00 a.m. (Rec Center)
    • 5-member Board of Directors

Stonebridge Homeowners Association (HOA)

  • Assessment is paid monthly
  • Access to Stonebridge Lodge, Pickleball Court, and Meridian Ranch Rec Center
  • Services include trash & recycling, external home & property improvement review, and governance
  • Stonebridge HOA Board of Directors meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. (Stonebridge Lodge)
    • 5-member Board of Directors

To rent the Lodge for a private event, please log in to the homeowner portal or call a Lodge Host.


The Lodge at Stonebridge is for Stonebridge HOA owners and tenants only. The maintenance and management of the Lodge is paid through the monthly assessment.

MERIDIAN SERVICE METRO DISTRICT (MSMD) 

MERIDIAN SERVICE METRO DISTRICT (MSMD)

  • Operates and maintains the Meridian Ranch Rec Center and Fieldhouse
  • Provides services for water, wastewater, stormwater, stormwater ponds, and channels, etc. & maintains the District Areas, including parks, trails, and open spaces
  • Snow removal over 2" from trails
  • Meetings are held on the first Wednesday after the first Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.
    • 5-member Board of Directors

MERIDIAN RANCH METROPOLITIAN DISTRICT 

Meridian Ranch Metropolitan District

  • Provides funding to the Service District
  • Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month starting at 5:30 p.m.
    • 5-member Board of Directors
  • Administered through IGA with Meridian Service Metropolitan District

EL PASO COUNTY 

El Paso County Department of Public Works (DPW)

  • Responsible for street, sidewalk, and pothole maintenance & repairs, including snow removal from roads
  • Maintains traffic signs and lights

El Paso County Sheriff

  • Animal Control issues
  • Abandoned vehicle concerns
  • Neighbor-to-neighbor conflicts or safety concerns
  • Enforcement of trail rules

  • Work order request platform for El Paso County residents
