Below you'll find annual budgets, budget amendments, and fee schedules for Meridian Service Metro District, Meridian Ranch Metro District, and the Meridian Ranch Metro District 2018 Subdistrict. Budgets, budget amendments, and fees are all adopted by the Districts' Boards of Directors.
To clarify the difference between each of the districts:
Meridian Ranch Metropolitan District ("MRMD") is what is commonly called a financing District. MRMD does not provide any services to residents, but was established to issue the debt to finance the improvements that serve the community. The debt is then paid off over time by the sale of water and sewer taps for new homes and commercial properties, and by the collection of property taxes. MRMD has arranged for the provision of all necessary services to residents (such as water, wastewater, recreation, and parks) through an intergovernmental agreement with Meridian Service Metropolitan District. Membership on the Board of Directors of MRMD is open to residents of the Meridian Ranch community.
Meridian Service Metropolitan District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Meridian Service Metropolitan District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
If you need any special assistance or accommodations:
Meridian Service Metropolitan District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations.
The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best
practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.
Compliance Procedures and Reports
In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards,
Meridian Service Metropolitan District regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely
changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
